This is a basic package with no extra services added or additional charges. Should your domestic worker not be up to date with the UIF, we will register you as an employer as well as the Domestic Worker as an employee. This is a once off fee and the package includes UIF only. We do not get your UIF account up to date and we do not offer advice with Package One. You will receive a UIF registration number which you can use going forward.

This package provides you with UIF registration as well as the compulsory COID. No calculations are provided. You will receive a UIF number as well as a COID number. This is a once-off fee and will suit new employers best. Should your employee just have started or have been with you for less than three months, this is the package for you. You will not need anything addiitonal and will not benefit from the more expensive options. You could add the optional payroll service should you want to stay compliant going forward, at R150 per month.    

If you are in arrears with the UIF and non-compliant, this is the package for you. We will correct your UIFstatus as an employer as well as your domestic worker's as an employee. Should your employee need to claim UIF they will be in a position to do so.
We will also do a back payment calculation and send you the estimated amount outstanding. All outstanding paperwork and returns are submitted. Your admin will be current and up to date.
Should you choose to maintain your good standing you could add the monthly upkeep service at R150 per month. 

Should you need a monthly service which will ensure that you remain compliant with the UIF as well as COID we suggest package four. This is a full service which includes UIF, COID, arrears calculation, employees’contract, monthly deductions, salary slips, yearly COID upkeep, submission of critical monthly declaration amounts and much more. Your paper work needs to be up to date before your staff can claim or be compensated for injuries at work. This is a fully comprehensive package and makes the most sense, should you not be able to maintain your account. We are available to advise you throughout the duration of our services. 

The discounted R899 package is only available when including the monthly subscription.

We will advise on a secure Payfast portal or a debit order system for the monthly R150 fee.
