Your legal monthly requirements as an employer of a Domestic Worker are:
- Providing a timeous monthly payslip which includes all legal requirements such as UIF, COID, job description, overtime worked plus rate, UIF number etc
- Providing UIF Registration and arrear catch up fees to be paid.
- UIF deductions which are paid over to the UIF monthly by yourself as the employer
- COID or Workman’s Compensation including a Letter of Good Standing
- COID return of earnings submission every year before the 1st of April
- Personalised Employment Contract
- Monthly submission of a UI 19. declaration to the UIF showing current salary, hours, overtime etc.
- Adherence to basic Labour Law

You have a choice whether you would like to pay over the monthly UIF payment yourself or include this with your payment to us. We will transfer the amount to the UIF and supply you with proof of payment should you prefer this option.
