LETTER OF GOOD STANDING - NOW R1399
In order to apply for a LETTER OF GOOD STANDING a company must be registered with COIDA and have a 12 digit reference number starting with 99. We facilitate this for you.
WHAT WE DO
- We register your company with COIDA and get your 99 number.
- Once COID has raised a Notice of Assesment, you are notified and the outstanding is paid to COIDA directly.
- Once the amount has been paid to COIDA directly, your Letter of Good Standing will be issued.

- All directors ID's
- Your COID forms which we will supply
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
- We submit your documents to COIDA and they draw up a Notice of Assesment of your annual fees.
- We will send you the amount due to COID, if any. This is paid directly to COID and not to us.
- Once all fees are paid we will request a Letter of Good Standing immediately.
- We send you your LOGS within the specified time frame
You will have your Letter of Good Standing in no time!
ANNUAL FEES DUE TO THE COMMISIONER
The annual fees payable at the Compensation Fund need to be up to date and successfully submitted. In case that your fees are not up to date, we will send you the information you need to settle your account with the Compensation Fund .We cannot continue with the Letter of Good Standing until the assessment has been paid in full.
Note that if you have an outstanding fee, the COMPENSATION FUND will charge you these fees in addition to the services that we offer.* Do not pay the assessment fees into our account , these are paid to COIDA directly.
Commercial / Business packages
Business Package 1:
Registration with COIDA and letter of good standing R 1399 . PLEASE NOTE: This is an administration fee only. The assessment fee is paid to COID directly. We will assist with this simple process.
COID category change: Should your business be registered under the incorrect category we will work directly through COID to have this changed. Once the category has changed the assessment tariff will also change.
Get A QuoteOnce your account is in audit with COID one cannot transact at all. The audit needs to be removed by COID themselves. One goes into audit when more/less than 50% of the previous year’s salaries are declared. We can assist with this.

COID needs to be renewed yearly, at the end of the financial year. One needs to submit a return of earnings. We will facilitate this for you.
Please note this fee EXCLUDES the tariff due to COID. We will assist with the payment process however this is paid directly to COID.
